HR Manager

Job Location: Norwich

Salary: £37,000 – £40,000

Job Details:

  • Responsible for Health and Safety directives ensuring a Zero Accident culture
  • Work in close partnership with management to promote wellness, health and safety for all employees
  • Oversee and manage performance management processes including appraisals and 1-1 meetings to drive high performance, disciplinaries, grievance investigations and absences
  • Oversee on-boarding and inductions for all members of staff
  • Actively oversee and manage a full end to end recruitment process – Preparation of the job description, advertising, interviewing and selection process
  • Ensure standards are followed with regards to up to policies, procedures, compliance
  • Work with the quality team to ensure policies and procedures comply with BRC and ISO

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • CIPD qualification (essential)
  • Good Knowledge of ISO/BRC
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office and HR systems
